Skin is made of two parts the dermis and the epidermis, it is the largest organ in the body although contrary to popular information many stated it was a tissue, but due to its major duty it must be classified as an organ as it serves the purpose of detoxing, protection and temperature control.


a balance is extremely important in order for the skin to be truly nourished, a healthy diet helps the skin from within, that mean you are targeting the source of its vitality, fortitude and glow, apart from a healthy diet, adequate sleep is also important in order for the skin cells to replenish, good rest rejuvenated , revitalizes and transforms it is also important that you put God first in everything for his word helps us to stay focus, rejecting stress on a daily, a stressful lifestyle can affect the skin by causing hormones to fluctuate resulting in acne and other skin disorders, so when faced with trials and doubt remember God's word and be encouraged, dont allow stress to damage your God given temple, remember that you are fearfully and wonderfully made by God, you are beautiful.

We do not want to forget the daily hydration of drinking enough water for our body mass, the hydration from the water will also hydrate the skin keeping it soft, supple with a radiant glow, so drink enough water for the holistic health of your skin remember true care begins within.
